Here’s how it works:
Ask to become a Rewards Club member, or sign up online.
Use your club account every time you shop for pet food. We will keep track of how many bags you purchase.
Each time you reach a frequency threshold, a coupon will be delivered so you can redeem your free product. To reach a frequency threshold, items must be the same brand, flavor, and size to be counted within the same program.
Keep track of your points balances using our Mobile App or Web portal. Please note: Account balances are updated every 24 hours, so a purchase you made on a Monday, will appear in your program by 6pm Tuesday.
Make sure your address and email are up to date! If at any point you wish to change your mailing preferences, simply update your portal/app profile, or come into the store to tell us you wish to change the method of delivery, email, or mailing address.
If you ever miss an email or postcard, we can look up your account at the store. If your account shows that a coupon was sent but not redeemed, we can print and redeem on the spot, or schedule a resend to arrive the following week.
Join the Club!
* Your privacy is extremely important to us. Your membership data is never shared or sold with third party services or marketing companies. Your information is used solely for sending you rewards and updates about your account, as well as sending seasonal Smithland Supply or myAGWAY store flyers and weekly emails. The customer reserves the right to opt out of mailed or emailed promotions at any time. Smithland Supply, myAGWAY, or affiliates are not responsible for lost or stolen rewards coupons. Customers must have an active Smithland Supply or myAGWAY club account to be eligible for frequent buyer clubs. All club program tracking begins following completion of rewards club activation.
Purchases made prior to club card activation are not eligible towards frequent buy purchases or rewards point accumulation. Purchases that did not originate at a Smithland Supply or myAGWAY location are not eligible toward feathered friend, furry friend, or water softener salt purchases. Frequent buyer club balances do not expire unless specifically noted by manufacturer.
Reward coupons cannot be used towards local sales tax when redeemed. It is the responsibility of the customer to inform Smithland Supply or myAGWAY of mailing preferences, or changes to email, delivery address, or phone number. Smithland Supply and myAGWAY reserve the right to cancel frequent buyer programs at any time.
The Salt Frequency Program is for customer/individual use only. Commercial, non-profit, or equine accounts may not participate. Please check with a Smithland Supply or myAGWAY customer care representative for further details. See store for details.
